At Projectmotorhead, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. We understand that plans can change, so we have established the following guidelines for order modifications and cancellations.
You may request a full cancellation of your order within 12 hours of the time the order was placed. Once this window has passed, the order usually enters our production or fulfillment system and can no longer be halted.
If you need to change specific details of your order—such as the shipping address, item size, color, or quantity—please contact us within 12 hours.
Once an order has been marked as "Shipped", we are unable to cancel or make any changes to it. In such cases, please refer to our Return Policy after you have received the package.

For approved cancellations, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
