Your counter-notice must include your contact details, identification of the removed material with its previous URL, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

4. Repeat Infringers

Projectmotorhead reserves the right to terminate access to our platform for any user, vendor, or contributor who is determined to be a repeat infringer of intellectual property rights. We are dedicated to maintaining an authentic marketplace that honors genuine creativity and design ethics.
