Returns Policy

Pintsizetech supports individual style with a return process that is direct, careful, and fair.

What you need to know

  • Return window: 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Eligible when items arrive defective, damaged, wrong item/size shipped, or significantly different from description.
  • Condition: unused, unwashed, with original tags and, where possible, in original packaging.
  • Photos required: the issue close-up, size/label, and full front and back of the product.
  • Who pays return shipping: Pintsizetech covers returns for our error; customers cover change-of-mind returns.
  • Exchanges offered when inventory allows.
  • No restocking fees. Original shipping is refunded only if Pintsizetech is at fault.
  • Refund timing: 5-7 business days after inspection; your bank may take 5-10 business days to post.

Eligible reasons for a return

  • Defective or damaged on arrival
  • Wrong item received
  • Wrong size shipped
  • Significantly different from the product description

Item condition requirements

  • Unused and unwashed
  • All original tags attached
  • In original packaging where reasonably possible
  • No signs of wear, odors, alterations, or stains

Photo and proof guidelines

  • Clear, well-lit close-up of the issue or defect
  • Photo of the size or care tag
  • Full front and full back images of the item
  • Exterior packaging photo if damage occurred in transit

How to request a return or exchange

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number in the subject line.
  2. Include: reason for return, photos (as above), and your preferred resolution (refund or exchange).
  3. Wait for approval: Pintsizetech will respond within 1-2 business days with next steps, an RMA, and a return address. A prepaid label is provided when Pintsizetech is at fault.
  4. Pack securely and send the item back following the instructions in the approval email.

Who pays for return shipping?

Items we cannot accept

  • Used, worn, washed, or altered items
  • Items missing original tags
  • Items with stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear
  • Damage from improper care or laundering
  • Minor cosmetic or color variations due to lighting or screen display

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for the same style in another size or color when inventory permits. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued according to this policy.

Refund timing and method

  • After the return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5-10 business days to post the credit.
  • No restocking fees apply.
  • Original shipping is refunded only when Pintsizetech is at fault.

Approval and communication

Approval and instructions are sent by email. Pintsizetech aims to respond to return requests within 1-2 business days. Keep the approval email and RMA with your parcel for efficient processing.
